Radisson Edwardian is to introduce a new dining dimension to Guildford, Surry, with the launch of two all day restaurants in its new four star 183-bedroom hotel, which opens next month.
The first restaurant, branded The Market Kitchen & Bar will be a laid back mediterranean café with many sharing dishes to be on the menu. The bar will then focus on cocktails using ingredients from southern Europe.
The second restaurant, named Relish, will offer brasserie cooking with a main focus on British dishes such as Welsh rarebit, fish cakes, pot roast, shepherd’s pie and fish and chips. A range of bar food will also be available at Relish to accompany locally brewed beer.
Both restaurants will open within the new hotel on 29 September.
