Japanese restaurant group YO! Sushi has welcomed Edward Knighton as the new CFO.
Edward Knighton, who was most recently CFO at Sofa.com Group, has taken over the role from Andrew Campbell.
Andrew Campbell was instrumental to YO! Sushi during the restructuring, opening 12 new YO!s, setting up YO!’s US business and implemented two operating systems overhauls, over the last four years. Andrew is leaving YO! to pursue new opportunities in the leisure sector.
YO! Sushi chief executive, Robin Rowland said, “Andrew has been a key member of the team throughout the sale process, and the last 18 months as we have reset the business with the new owners on board. I’ve loved working with him and am sad to see him go. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
“We’re excited to welcome Edward to the team, who has a wealth of relevant experience working in companies moving to the next stage of their development.”
