Street food seafood concept, Claw has revealed plans to open its first permanent site in Soho in October.
The 50 cover restaurant will open on Kingley Street for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The menu will include bacon and scallop muffins, crab mac n cheese, duck nuggets, trout pok and there will also be range of vegetarian options available.
Founder Fabian Claw launched the business two years ago, trading at markets in London and festivals across the UK.
Claw wanted to change the perception that seafood is an ‘expensive luxury’ and deals directly with fishermen to keep the costs low.
Claw currently operates a takeaway site inside a shipping container in London’s Finsbury Avenue Square.
