Choice Hotels International is to add its fourth hotel to its portfolio in Birmingham. The group behind the Comfort, Quality and Clarion brands is set to open the hotel close to the city centre and Edgbaston Cricket Ground.
The four star Clarion Collection Birmingham has been newly refurbished and includes the Headingly restaurant and Edgbaston bar, as well as increasing room numbers from 60 to 73, with the additional opening of 13 suites.
Planning permission has also been submitted to open a leisure centre at the hotel, which would include a swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room and hot tub.
