Rosa’s Thai Cafe to open first regional site in Liverpool next year

London-based Rosa’s Thai Cafe is to open its first site beyond the capital in Liverpool.

The company's estate will be boosted to 11 with the new restaurant in Liverpool's Albert Dock area, which will open early next year.

Like the other Rosa sites, the new restaurant will offer authentic Thai food with a contemporary twist, including fragrant curries, tasty stir-fries, healthy salads and warming soups.

For beverages, there will be Thai beer and bottled cocktails, such as Kaffir Lime & Mint Toreador, and Malt Banana Tree Old Fashioned, designed specifically to complement Thai dishes.

There will also be selection of aromatic loose-leaf teas from Comins Tea House that include Houjicha, Sencha karigane and Lishan spring tea.

Starting from a market stall in 2006 in London's Brick Lane, Alex and Saiphin Moore opened the first permanent Rosa's Thai Cafe in 2008 in Spitalfields.
