Kudos Catering has secured a contract with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) that will see the company provide bespoke menus to the newly introduced brand and concept for the staff restaurant, the Aviator and site café, The Coffee House.
The catering company is passionate about implementing innovative twists on traditional recipes and combining these with the influence of international cuisine. At the heart of Kudos' ethos lies sustainability and the importance of being environmentally friendly, which is why the menus - in both The Coffee House cafe and Aviator restaurant - will be jam-packed full of locally-sourced fresh ingredients.
The main aim behind the menu choices, put together by a range of Kudos foodie experts, is to provide a balanced and exciting range of healthy choices for the workplace. Primarily tasked with staff feeding, Kudos catering will bring a number of delicious recipes to the CAA's restaurant and cafe. These include slow roasted shoulder of Sussex Downs lamb with rosemary and baby onions, vegetable and sweet potato mini hot pot, and Goan fish curry with brown rice and sambals.
For those employees on-the-go, menus also cater to quick snack choices, including pork and apple pasty, classic mini fish pie, and lemon scented breaded fish goujons.
