The Honest Burger chain is to launch a special chicken burger from the kitchen of Kricket, the soho restaurant.
The Keralan Fried Chicken Burger will be available from tomorrow (24 October) in all Honest Burgers around London until 13 November.
The chicken burger is created with a secret blend of Keralan herbs and spices, and comes with pickled mooli, chilli and garlic mayo, with a side of Honest Burger's famous rosemary salted chips.
There will also be a special beer for the duration of the collaboration from The London Beer Factory beer - the 'Fruit Loop' mango-laced cream ale.
Kricket opened its first permanent restaurant in Soho in January which offers small plates and cocktails that blend British ingredients & Mumbai-inspired flavours.
