Signature Living signs up Wireless Social to capture customer insight


Aparthotel and hotel operator, Signature Living has appointed Wireless Social to capture valuable customer insight to help them to communicate with guests on a personal level for repeat bookings, cutting out an average commission fee of 18% from travel sites.

The roll-out of Wireless Social across the entire Signature Living estate will not only provide a seamless Wi-Fi experience, but the customer data collected at log-in allows for intelligent and tailored communications to drive both direct bookings and positive TripAdvisor reviews, as well as enabling targeted Facebook advertising.
