Whitbread has launched another site under its new Cookhouse and Pub brand, this time in Ripley in Derbyshire.
The first Cookhouse & Pub restaurant opened in Oldbury in October 2017, followed by sites in Holystone in Tyneside, and Kilmarnock.
The new all-day restaurant and pub concept serves up freshly prepared ‘grazers’ and oven-fired flatbreads, as well as grills, lighter options, brunches, pub classics, Sunday roasts and desserts.
For breakfast, there are unlimited servings of bacon, free-range eggs cooked to choice, bubble and squeak, mushrooms and black pudding, as well as American-style buttermilk pancakes and crumpets.
The drinks list offers a range of craft beers, ciders, cask ales as well as draught wines and cocktails.
