The Islington building, occupied by D&D's Italian restaurant, Radici, is up for sale with a price tag of £3.6m.
The 136-cover restaurant, which is headed up by Sartoria's legendary Chef Patron Francesco Mazzei, is let to D&D's Orrery Restaurant Ltd on a lease expiring in 2026, at a passing rent of £155k a year.
Radici, which is situated just off Upper Street, was refurbished in 2017. Beyond the main restaurant, there’s also a private dining space, a wine room and a terrace.
Paul Breen, a director in the licensed leisure team at Savills, said, “This is a rare opportunity to acquire a restaurant operated by the group behind prestigious London venues, such as Quaglino’s in St James’s and Chelsea’s Bluebird.
'Its position close to Islington Square will only enhance this location and should provide excellent rental growth potential in the future.”
