Esquires Coffee is celebrating as Yasmeen Hamid, from the brand's Twickenham outlet, has won the 'Highly Commended' Trophy in the Try Twickenham Employee of the Year, Retail & Services category.
Over 100 businesses entered in the competition, and the winner was voted for by the Mayor, Try Twickenham chairman and the Met Police amongst others.
Hamid was nominated by Esquires Coffee Franchise Owner, Syed Haider, who loves her friendly and enthusiastic approach.
Haider said, 'Yasmeen is so good at getting to know the customers on a personal level through great communication and in the 11 months she has worked for me, she has built up strong relationships with almost all the customers walking through the door.
'In terms of relationships with her colleagues, she always makes sure that all the staff are healthy, have something to eat before they start work and get their breaks. Overall, she has really helped the business to grow financially, along with gaining a great reputation for service.
'In my personal and professional opinion, I believe Yasmeen is the most dedicated employee i have ever worked with and she truly deserves to be recognized for her efforts.'
