Novus launches Easter cocktail specials with Bulleit Bourbon


Novus, the leading bar and restaurant operator, has launched an exclusive range of Easter cocktail specials in partnership with Kentucky-based Bulleit Bourbon. Created by the Novus mixology team, the specials, all include Bulleit Bourbon straight bourbon whiskey.

Tom Bulleit, Founder of Bulleit Bourbon, held an extensive engagement day with the Novus team to ensure they understood the personality of the brand, its heritage and the flavour combinations which would bring the drink to life for customers.

The specials consist of four cocktail choices, each priced at £7.00. The flagship cocktail, Easter Chocolate Special includes Bulleit Bourbon, Baileys, double cream, cocoa powder and is topped with whipped cream and mini eggs. The other three drinks on the menu are cherry-based recipes, highlighting the true versatility of the spirit.
