Balls Brothers launches largest menu overhaul to date

Novus, the leading bar and restaurant operator, has launched a new food menu across its Balls Brothers sites. This is the most exciting menu overhaul that the brand has seen, and includes new starters and mains, as well as the introduction of a Daily Specials menu.

The menu, available for both lunch and dinner, has been created by the Novus in-house food development team. New dishes include Slow Roasted Lamb Shoulder (pictured), served with crushed pea & mint, new potatoes, asparagus and soya beans with a red wine jus and Goat’s Cheese, Courgette, Roasted Tomatoes & Pepper Tart, served with dressed mixed leaves.

The brand-new Daily Specials is comprised of five dishes that rotate on a daily basis. The standout dish on this menu is Friday’s Posh Fish and Chips. It is a twist on the old British classic, and includes, haddock, salmon and king scallop, lightly fried in beer batter, served with chips, crushed minted peas and tartare sauce.

Simon Gaske, Customer Experience Director at Novus, commented, “The food development team have worked very hard on the new menu to make sure it is right and fitting with the Balls Brothers brand.

'The passion that has gone into creating each dish, as well as the outstanding quality of each product and ingredient, not only ensures a taste sensation, but also provides a fresh flavour to the classic bold British essence that Balls Brothers is so famously known for.”
