Asia de Cuba launches Cocktail & Ceviche pairing menu

London fine-dining restaurant, Asia de Cuba is combining its heritage and contemporary style with the launch of a new Cocktail and Ceviche pairing menu.

While in the heart of London’s Covent Garden, guests can be whisked away to the Tropics via a menu of seven carefully curated signature ceviche dishes and delicious Bacardi cocktails – all thoughtfully designed to be enjoyed side-by-side.

Reflecting the cultural flavours and colourful variety at Asia de Cuba, this new menu emphasises quirky fusion style. The Cobia Ceviche, for example, incorporates an Asian influence with a Thai mango salad and rocoto miso vinaigrette. It is paired with the Coctel A La Frambuesa (Bacardi Carta Oro rum, raspberries, lemon, egg white) to keep the palate fresh and enticed.

Guests can also choose a cocktail with unusual but delicious flavour combinations, such as I Drink Therefore I Am, containing Bacardi Oakheart rum, pear, marmite, ginger, egg white, Martini Riserva Speciale Rubino vermouth. This creative cocktail is paired with a Salmon Ceviche (citrus cured, passion fruit leche de tigre, cucumber shiso salsa).

For some extra texture and zing, diners can also order the Kale Chips, dry chilli, and lime zest.

The restaurant’s interpretation of Asian-Cuban fare has a modern twist, while retaining an appreciation of the authenticity and tradition. Asia de Cuba is located St Martin's Lane, in the heart of the theatre district.
