Nisa Retail, the delivered wholesaler and convenience retail specialist, comments on the news that its acquisition by the Co-op has been sanctioned by the court, further to the Competition and Market Authority’s approval.
Peter Hartley, Nisa Chairman said, “I am delighted that the court has sanctioned the wishes of our members. The acquisition of Nisa is now set to complete on Tuesday 8th May.
