Honest Burgers secures 26th site

popular burger brand, Honest Burgers has secured a second Soho site on Brewer Street through Shelley Sandzer, bringing the estate to 26 sites.

The prime unit, located nearby Piccadilly underground station, covers 2,000 sq ft across basement and ground floor levels. Designed by an in-house team, the new restaurant has space for 80 covers and will benefit from a late license.

Casey Phillips, partner at Shelley Sandzer, said, “We are delighted to secure the perfect site for Honest Burgers in this high footfall location, situated nearby other well-known occupiers such as Carbon, Bill’s, Carhartt, Palace, Randall and Aubin, Hix and Black Lock to name but a few.

'This signing is proof that brands can evolve and adapt to different areas, and that top restaurants brands are still sought after in prime Central London locations.”

Honest Burgers uses beef from the Scottish Highlands and potatoes from a fifth generation potato farmer in Sussex. All the restaurants serve at least one beer from a nearby brewery, like Mondo Brewing Company in Wandsworth.

The portfolio is made up of 23 London restaurants, along with one in Cambridge and one in Reading.
