Popular US vegan eatery, by CHLOE., is set to take prime position at the foot of Tower Bridge for its second UK opening. by CHLOE. – a US export – has successfully created a brand that meets the need in London for delicious, wholesome and affordable plant-based food.

Opening on 12 June, One Tower Bridge will continue by CHLOE.’s growth as a world-class dining destination, on the heels of the hugely successful launch of its first London site in February in London’s Covent Garden. Alongside the fact that plant-based, vegan food has become increasingly popular in the last two years with London diners, the winning combination of the food, design space and loyal customer base has made by CHLOE. a critically- and customer-acclaimed phenomenon.

by CHLOE. is expanding its reach to this side of the Atlantic with both the Covent Garden and One Tower Bridge branches representing the US export’s successful progression into the UK. The brand, which first opened in New York City’s Greenwich Village in July 2015, marked its international expansion by establishing itself as a true foodie destination in London’s West End.

More than 120,000 guests dine at one of the nine US restaurants every month with more than 610,000 burgers sold since July 2015.

In April 2018, by CHLOE. announced a strategic investment to support the brand’s growth and expansion. Lead investor Bain Capital Double Impact, the impact investing fund of Bain Capital, was joined by Kitchen Fund, Collaborative Fund, TGP International/Qoot International, and other strategic investors, to enable by CHLOE. to continue its goals of expanding domestically and internationally, increase its social impact objectives, and strengthen operations and marketing initiatives over the next two years.

The second London store will mirror the core designs of branches in the US, with the iconic banquettes, tabletops and the infamous swinging chairs. However, like each new location, by CHLOE. Tower Bridge will have its own unique interior details, such as light fixtures, fabrics, wallpapers, and bathrooms.

by CHLOE. at One Tower Bridge will serve the signature menu featuring salads, burgers, fresh pastas, daily-baked sweets (SWEETS by CHLOE.), dairy-free ice cream (CHILL) and more; all of which are made in-house daily. Popular dishes include The Guac Burger, Quinoa Taco Salad, Air- Baked Fries and Mac N’ Cheese, amongst others.
