Ex Krispy Kreme & McDonalds HR consultant joins Arc

Arc Inspirations, the leading and fast-growing bar operator of a clutch of brands, has appointed Natalie Newman as the company’s HR and training business partner, a new role for the business.

Newman joins Arc Inspirations with many years of experience in a number of senior HR and training roles. Previously at McDonald’s for 15 years as operations consultant and training consultant, she then moved onto becoming head of training at Krispy Kreme for four years, before joining the Arc team. She will report into Anni Opong, Managing Director.

Dedicated to providing unique experiences and delivering excellent customer service, Arc currently operates 18 bars across the North of England, set to expand further this year. Alongside the £4.5 million investment invested into new openings and refurbishments, the business is focused on driving the success of the bars further by staying true to its people-orientated approach.

The company strives to provide the finest guest experience through recruiting and retaining the best people. Newman’s focus will be on delivering schemes that enhance individual skills and career progression unique to each role.

Newman said, “I am thrilled to be part of the Arc team. Something that really attracted me to the company is its ability to capture great talent and nurture it, which is absolutely key to success and why I believe Arc Inspirations is so well known for what it does – providing excellent customer service and a fantastic culture. It’s an exciting prospect looking ahead to what Arc still has to come.”

CEO Martin Wolstencroft added, “We’re delighted to welcome Natalie to our team – she has some fantastic experience across a number of top companies and will be a major influence in helping to grow the business with passionate people and build up our teams.
