Hotel group Britannia Hotels, has brought the Ramada Hotel Leeds North out of administration for an unknown sum.
The 103-bedroom property is to be renamed the Britannia Leeds hotel is will become the 38th hotel for privately owned Britannia, run by Alex Langsam.
The new property has been in administration since October 2011, having been managed by Begbies Traynor, the administrators of Milgreen View Securities. The hotel employs 42 staff, has a 78-cover restaurant and banquet facilities for up to 340 delegates. Britannia now intend to refurbish the hotel and add extra bedrooms.
