Nicholas Balfe, Mark Gurney and Matt Bushnell have today announced the opening to open their second restaurant, Levan.
The new all-day eatery is set to launch on 31 October, serving up contemporary European dishes, along with low-intervention and natural wines to the SE15 community.
Levan's commitment to sustainability will see the kitchen butcher whole animals and use seasonal, responsibly-sourced produce from local suppliers.
The Blenheim Grove venue will be open Tuesday to Friday: 8am - 11.30pm, Saturday: 10am - 11.30pm, and Sunday: 10am – 3pm.
The trio of founders are to launch the new venture on the back of their success with Salon in Brixton, which is a bar and restaurant offering a menu of seasonal British cuisine.
