Countdown to Boxpark Wembley opening begins


Kicking off with a Rinse FM takeover on Saturday 8 December, the launch of Boxpark Wembley will showcase the 20,000 square foot events space, hosting live sets from a carefully curated line-up of world-renowned performers.

Opening to the public at 11am on 8 December, Boxpark Wembley will be home to some of the capital’s favourite food and drink vendors making waves on the casual dining scene. With confirmed vendors including Boxpark veterans The Athenian, burger icons Cut + Grind, Japanese cuisine Mitsuryu, and several up and coming foodie units. Boxpark Wembley is set to be at the centre of a street food revolution.

Other recent signups include Boki, TapaVino, WOLF, Gabagools, Oatopia, Bombay Burrito, Hola Guacamole, Zucla, Mama Jacq’s, Nanny Bills, Smoky Boys, Kabab, Spice Shack, Zia Lucia, Ugly Dumpling and Thai Express, with a few more special announcements still on the way.

The Rinse FM launch will then be followed by a special edition of Bingo Lingo hosted by Tim Westwood on 9 December.

Boxpark Wembley will be the first entirely indoor Boxpark, offering year-round entertainment and a diverse menu of global cuisine and high- quality craft beers and drinks.

Boxpark has also recently announced an exclusive partnership with online food delivery giant Just Eat, offering independent street food traders the chance to join the leading online marketplace and delivering vendor dishes to the homes of Wembley Park residents and beyond.

Throughout the World Cup, Russia 2018, fan reaction scenes from Boxpark Croydon went viral, with over 100,000 pints sold across Boxpark Shoreditch and Croydon. Boxpark Wembley will become the ultimate fan zone experience in Wembley Park, offering modern football fans so much more than just a flat lager and a rubbery hotdog associated with match day.
