Now in its 22nd year, CAMRA's Bristol Beer Festival is gearing up for its biggest ever celebration of real ale, cider and perry.
From 21-23 March, the festival will feature 140 real ales, 40 ciders and perries and a selection of food for hungry drinkers.
Based in the historic Brunel’s Old Station in Temple Meads railway station, this year’s festival features a new session on Thursday lunchtime (12pm-4:30pm), providing the perfect opportunity for those on a day trip to Bristol.
Bristol & District CAMRA branch chair, Richard Brooks said, “Organised and run by unpaid volunteers from CAMRA the 22nd annual Bristol Beer Festival is an event that thousands of fans of great beer, cider and perry eagerly look forward to each year.
“Nowhere else in the Bristol area will you be able to find such a huge range of real ale, carefully selected to provide an interesting variety of beer styles and strengths.
“The festival always has a fun and friendly atmosphere and key to the event is that it is organised and run by unpaid CAMRA volunteers.”
Tickets have already sold out for the Friday lunchtime, Friday evening and Saturday lunchtime sessions, however there are still tickets available for the new Thursday afternoon session, as well as for Thursday evening and Saturday evening.
