San Carlo, the Italian restaurant chain, is set to open a new site in London’s West End.
The company currently have 10 restaurants across the UK as well as operating in a number of capital cities across the globe. The new site will open as Cicchetti close to Piccadilly Circus.
Established in 1992, the group also runs Signor Sassi in Knightsbridge and will now take on the new site in a 2,750 sq ft unit on a 15 year lease adjoining the Crown Estate’s £100m St James’s Gateway redevelopment scheme. The Crown Estate is currently the largest owner of freehold property in the core West End.
