The new Bar + Block Steakhouse in Bristol will be serving up the first taste of summer with a pop-up gin terrace.
Opening on World Gin Day (8 June), in collaboration with Fever-Tree, Bar + Block’s al fresco terrace will be transformed into the ultimate tree house and is poised to be Bristol’s summer hotspot.
Customers can head to the garden-inspired Fever-Tree House and indulge in a selection of bespoke cocktails featuring Fever-Tree’s hottest summer flavours; from classic serves to twists on traditional pairings.
For a bite to eat, diners can tuck in to seasonal dishes from the new summer menu, including a selection of hand-cut steaks and lighter bites including grilled tuna, burrata salad and mussels marinère.
