Successful London steakhouse group, Hawksmoor is set to launch its forth site on the back of news that sales were close to tripling last year. Hawksmoor is to take over Ignite Group's Senkai restaurant on Regent Street, which closed after just six months trading, and the 235-cover restaurant will open in October.
The company's sales soared to £10.6m, up from £3.7m the previous year, with pre-tax profits up from £146,000 to £1.2m. Hawksmoor currently operate three London restaurants situated in Covent Garden, Guildhall and Spitalfields.
