Vietnamese restaurant group Pho has secured a £5.2m cash injection from ISIS Equity Partners to fund further growth and expansion within the business.
Founded by Stephen and Juliette Wall, Pho opened their first outlet in Clerkenwell in 2005 and now operate a further 5 sites in London and 1 site in Brighton which opened in 2010.
Investors Ed and Tom Martin from the ETM Group will continue to support the group and Benoit Broch, who led the deal on behalf of ISIS, joining the board at Pho.
