Urban Pubs & Bars has put the lease for its Well Street Pizza site in South London, on the market through Fleurets.
Led by Nick Pring and Malcolm Heap, Urban Pubs & Bars, which operates 20 outlets across London, has closed the Peckham site.
Pring commented, “Well Street Pizza in Peckham sadly has not met with expectations, Well Street Pizza in Hackney however, trades extremely well and is enjoying its fourth year of double-digit growth.”
Andy Frisby of Fleurets is marketing the premises and said, “This unit would be suited to a bar/restaurant and is situated within the Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts and British Youth Music Theatre building and enjoys superb outside trading space.
