JJ Foodservice is recruiting drivers across the UK to anticipate an increase in demand as restaurants and pubs prepare to reopen on 12 April.
The wholesaler is currently recruiting drivers across its 11 UK branches, including ‘family friendly’ positions that fit in around term times.
Despite the devastating impact of COVID, JJ retained almost every member of its team and grew sales by 1.3% for the past calendar year, while customer numbers increased by 22%.
Head of Operations, Kaan Hendekli commented, “With outdoor hospitality opening on April 12th and indoor venues opening from May 17th we anticipate a surge in demand.
“Having taken on 22% more customers last year – we want to make sure we are ready to respond,” he added.
