Aldi’s new premium ‘At-Home Bar’ drinks pack is under £70 and is being launched following the supermarket’s nationwide search for the ‘Best At-Home Bar’ last year, which saw an incredible 11,000 entries.

Tommy and Lyndsay Castleman from Leicester, won the coveted cash prize for the most inventive at-home bar. The Duke of Wellington pub scooped top prize for its cosy and traditional home vibe.

The couple shared their tips on what it takes to create an at-home bar, “The best at-home bars are all about personality! We wanted to dedicate this bar to a recently passed family member, so we filled it with memoirs including a self-portrait to help create a lovely space.

“It’s important when hosting to have a selection of different spirits, wines and beers, so you can cater to all tastebuds. We always make sure our bar is fully stocked with glassware too, from wine glasses to tumblers for a decent G&T!”
