Specialist caterers in the care industry Caterplus, has secured a £9m, five year deal with Nightingale Hammerson- the Wandsworth based care home complex for older Jewish people.
The deal will see the caterer serve breakfast, lunch and dinner for 250 residents and 90 staff across the two homes, which formally linked up earlier this year. Nightingale House is the largest Jewish care home in Europe, while Hammerson House is located nearby on the exclusive Bishops Avenue London.
A new dementia wing was recently opened at Nightingale House by Prince Charles.
Nightingale Hammerson consists of two sites which were previously operating as seperate companies. They have now merged to form Nighingale Hammerson.
