Businessmen Scott Collins and Yianni Papoutis, owners of the London burger restaurants Meat Liquor and Meat Market, are to open their third site on Friday (14 December), on Hoxton Market called Meat Mission.
Housed in a former Victorian Christian mission building featuring a stained glass ceiling, the new restaurant will be divided into two separate areas, a bar and no-reservations area, as well as a 50-seat dining room that will take bookings- something its sister restaurants do not do.
The menu at Meat Mission will be similar to Meat Liquor and Meat Market offering signature burgers, hotdogs and chicken wings, alongside an extensive cocktail list and pitchers of beer.
The duo now also hopes to open a restaurant in Brighton next year.
