Breakfast Group to launch second Salvador and Amanda site


The Breakfast Group, who operate a mixture of bars, nightclubs and restaurants in London, is to officially open its second Salvador and Amanda site in London next month.

Opening its doors on 1 March, the Spanish bar and restaurant concept has had its menu prepared by Rubén Dario Estrella, head chef at Cadaqués, which includes Galician-style monkfish with monkfish and Serrano broth, pork belly confit in Ibérico lard with spinach and membrillo and wild mushrooms with monte enebro goats cheese and piquillo pepper. A tapas menu has also been created for the downstairs bar.

Breakfast Group, whose sites include The Social, Opium and Jerusalem, has never before opened a site for a particular brand. They opened their original site in Covent Garden 12 years, while the first Salvador and Amanda site opened in Bloomsbury in December last year with 30 covers in its fine dining restaurant.
