Arc Inspirations unveils first glimpse of new Box Piccadilly location

Arc Inspirations, the award-winning bar group, has revealed the first look at its much-anticipated BOX Piccadilly, opening next month.

The venue represents the group’s exciting debut in the South of England, extending its collection of 19 premium bars across the Midlands, North, and Scotland.

Set to open in late October, BOX Piccadilly aims to redefine central London’s sports bar scene. Backed by a £4 million investment, the Shaftesbury Avenue venue has been created as the ultimate destination to “Watch, Play and Party” – all under one roof.

Spread across three floors, the 7,200 sq ft venue will welcome up to 550 guests, including seating for 250. Sports fans can enjoy live coverage of major events from morning through to night, with BOX Piccadilly boasting the highest number of screens showing sport in the West End.

As the official UK sports bar partner of the NFL, the venue will showcase top American football matchups alongside domestic and European fixtures, including the UEFA Champions League, La Liga, and Gaelic football.

Global sporting highlights such as Formula 1, major boxing bouts, and rugby clashes will also feature, kicking off with the Autumn Internationals 2025. Beyond live sport, visitors can head to the mezzanine level for high-tech competitive socialising games, from Electric Darts to Shuffleboard.

Live entertainment will run throughout the week across the ground and basement floors, with the lower level housing the private SUPERBOX karaoke rooms – ideal for parties, sports screenings, or meetings. Guests can also look forward to BOX’s signature Bandeoke every Thursday night, where the spotlight shifts to the crowd as they join a live band on stage for an unforgettable performance.

Alongside its reputation as London’s go-to spot for live sport, games, and late-night partying, BOX Piccadilly will serve a carefully curated food menu featuring customisable smash burgers, Neapolitan pizzas, and a variety of kebab options – all offered at accessible prices and available until late on weekends. The drinks line-up will span everything from classic and creative cocktails to modern draught and craft beers, plus a wide selection of alcohol-free alternatives.

Arc Inspirations Co-Founder and CEO, Martin Wolstencroft, said: “This is a huge moment for Arc Inspirations and the BOX brand. We’re really pleased to now be able to reveal the first images and offer a glimpse into what can be expected.

“BOX Piccadilly is more than just a place to watch sport – it’s a fully immersive experience. Whether people visit to watch, party or simply soak up the atmosphere, we’ve created a space that delivers an unforgettable time.

“We’ve been working on this offering for a long time now and we are ready to bring BOX to London. We now can’t wait to open the doors.”
