Las Iguanas founder Ajith Jaywickrema, will open his latest Turtle Bay restaurant in Bristol this Friday, as he then plans to expand the concept further.
The site, which is the fourth for the chain is a £900,000 investment and has 120 covers.
Turtle Bay offers a range of Caribbean food and drink with the menu “bursting with traditional ingredients native to the Caribbean with lunch and evening dishes ranging from beach food, inspired by beach shacks and street hawkers across the islands, to meat from the wood-fired BBQ and one pot dishes such as Bob Marley’s reported favourite Rastafari Itah Run Down and Blue Mountain Goat Curry.” As reported by Jaywickrema.
