Company Of Cooks Signs £52m Deal

Company of Cooks has won a 7+-year catering contract with the West End's Royal Opera House. Searcy’s has held the contract for 10 years and Company of Cooks will take over the operation of the opera house's restaurants, bars and events in April 2010. The annual turnover os expected to be £7m.
