Hotel group Britannia Hotels has acquired the 178-bedroom Travelodge Edinburgh West End hotel off a guide price of £10m.
The sale is the fifth of six Travelodge hotels to be sold by specialist property adviser Christie + Co on behalf of Cordial Hotels.
Christie + Co has also sold Travelodge hotels in Oldham, Coventry, Stevenage and Bath. A deal on the final sale of the instruction — Travelodge Newcastle Silverlink hotel — is expected to be announced soon.
