Pitcher & Piano, the Marston’s bar and casual restaurant brand, is set to open its first site in five years on 2 August in Hitchin, Hertfordshire.
The 2,800sq ft site is housed within the Corn Exchange in Market Place and will feature 141-covers. It will be the brands 20th opening.
Designed by Concorde BGW, Pitcher & Piano Hitchin has been carefully divided into areas, making it a flexible space for casual and relaxed drinking and dining. A stylish and modern look has been achieved, with dark oak timber flooring and contemporary lighting alongside an eclectic mix of fabrics, vibrant pops of colour and quirky touches creating a dynamic venue for socialising.
