MeatLiquor opens first site outside of London

Popular London burger chain Meat Liquor, who operates 3 sites in the capital as Meat Liquor, Meat Mission and Meat Market, has opened their first site outside of the capital in Brighton.

Located at York Place, Meat Liquor Brighton continues to serve the company's well known American style burgers and hot dogs and a vast menu of cocktails. It has however added fish to its menu, the first site in the group to do so.

Meat Liquor was founded in 2009 by bosses Yianni Papoutsis and Scott Collins. The duo began by operating out of a roadside van, known as Meat Wagon. After this was vandalised and then stolen, Papoutsis and Collins decided to open a permanent site.

After 3 years the three London sites now continue to see ques nearly every night and are regularly featured in the Capitals top 10 burger restaurants despite the recent 'burger boom'.
