Byron opens in Milton Keynes shopping complex

Byron Hamburgers is the latest new arrival to thecentre:mk, bringing “proper hamburgers” to Milton Keynes.

The hamburger specialists, founded in London in 2007 by Tom Byng, serves a short and simple menu centred around hamburgers featuring good beef from Scottish farms, ground fresh every day.

There are just four choices of hamburger on offer - Classic, Cheese, Chilli and the signature Byron, plus a regularly-changing special. Sides include fries, onion rings, macaroni cheese and courgette fries, while classic desserts include brownie, cheesecake and ice cream. The site serves a selection of craft beers from small brewers all over the world.

Byron is located on Silbury Arcade opposite Carluccio’s and represents yet another strong restaurant to the already great line up of Yo Sushi, Cafe Rouge, Giraffe and Jamie’s Italian to name but a few.

Tom Byng, Byron’s founder, says, “We’re excited to be opening in Milton Keynes in a great central location, and I hope the proper hamburger lovers of Milton Keynes feel the same.”

James Waugh, Centre Director, commented, “We are delighted that Byron is coming to thecentre:mk as we believe the values of the brand and its focus on quality and sustainability fit perfectly with the demands of our guests.”

Byron is the latest in a number of high profile flagship openings including Cafe Nero and Pret a Manger.
