Brasserie Blanc opens in Beaconsfield


Raymond Blanc's restaurant brand, Brasserie Blanc, which is part of the Brasserie Bar group, has opened in the heart of Beaconsfiled Old Town.

The 180+ seater restaurant will be open seven days a week, with breakfast served from 8.30am Monday to Saturday, while Sundays start at noon.

The new outlet has created jobs and is headed up by General Manager Claudia Reiter who has been with the group for 12 years and moves from the original Brasserie Blanc in Oxford.

Heading up the kitchen team is Shantibushan Shantilal, the Head Chef who has been with Blanc for 8 years and shares Raymond Blanc’s passion for fabulous local and seasonal food, with heart.
