Urban Pubs and Bars, owned by Realpubs founders Nick Pring and Malcolm Heap, has acquired a third site near the Edgware road in London.
The company, which has signed a free of tie lease at the Young’s tenancy called The Lord Wargrave, will open the pub for a few weeks before refurbishing the new site.
Urban Pubs and Bars was set up last year and currently consists of The Old Ship Inn in Hackney, North London and The Whippet Inn in Kensal Rise, North London.
The company plans to acquire an estate of up to 20 sites across London within the next four years.
