YO! Sushi has opened its 70th outlet in the UK at Baker Street in London.
The Japanese ‘kaiten’ conveyor belt business then expanded across the UK, in shopping districts, indoor shopping centres and transport hubs.
The company plans to open ten sites across the UK by the end of 2014, and last month announced plans to open 50 outlets in the US during the next six years.
