TRG-owned pub company, Brunning & Price is to launch a new site in a former social club in Bostock Green, Cheshire.
The group has secured a 50-year lease with owner Tatton Estate Management to set up the Hayhurst Arms on the site of the former Bostock Working Men's Club and Parish Rooms.
The bar will lie at the heart of the pub with some six cask beers on tap, a back shelf filled with Malts and a carefully chosen wine list.
The purpose-built kitchen will be equipped to the highest standard and the chef team will develop a seasonal opening menu with a spine of freshly prepared, classic British dishes, complemented by more exotic influences from other parts of the world - in other words, modern British cookery.
