Following the success of Jamie Oliver's upmarket barbecue restaurant by St Paul's Cathedral, the celebrity chef has signed up for a new site for his Barbecoa brand in St James’s.
The 300-seat restaurant will be situated at 194–196 Piccadilly and is set to open next year.
Barbecoa's in-house butchers handpick and prepare the very best meat in Britain, before the chefs cook modern dishes using Texas pit smokers, tandoors, fire pits, robata grills and wood-fired ovens.
