After carrying out trials of an all-new product line, slow-cooked pulled chicken, Kentucky Fried Chicken has launched the new menu items today in the UK.
The new KFC pulled chicken range includes the ultimate burger, chicken twister wrap and the lower-calorie lil’wrap, as well as a Kentucky-inspired BBQ sauce.
As the trend for slow-cooked BBQ meats continues, the chicken used in the range is rubbed with a dry spice mix, including paprika, cloves and chilli, smothered in a molasses-based sauce, then slow-cooked for almost two hours.
Kentucky Fried Chicken currently operates 865 outlets across the UK.
