Corn Exchange in Leeds seeks flagship restaurant

The iconic Corn Exchange building in Leeds is looking for a restaurant or bar operator to host a flagship venue in its Piazza level.

The Grade I listed building, designed by Cuthbert Brodrick and completed in 1864 is now host to a number of independent retailers.

Director and Head of Pubs at Fleuret said, 'Leeds Corn Exchange is one of Britain's finest buildings. Leisure and property specialists Fleurets are marketing the space with joint agents Adam Jennings & Associates.'

'Its rare features make the Piazza a unique venue ideal for a flagship restaurant venue and leisure experience.'

'The Piazza level, with its 13,210 sq.ft can be made available for just one operator or can be subdivided into up to three areas with central seating area.'
