Harbour & Jones has been awarded a four year catering contract with RIBA Venues, the conference and events arm of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) located in the heart of London.
The catering group will introduce a number of new food concepts including bistro plated buffets, food stalls, signature dishes and specially designed desserts.
The new contract will see the caterer's Company Chef, Robert Milligan and Director of Food, Gary McKechnie, heading up the operation and the group will also introduce new front of house staff.
Harbour & Jones currently manages the catering at 18 venues across London.
