Peruvian restaurant Ceviche, is set to launch its second Ceviche site in London in March 2015.
The new Ceviche site will open on Old Street in the Alexandra Trust Dining Room and feature a 70-cover dining room as well as a separate bar which seats 60 customers.
The opening will be the third site for owner Martin Morales (pictured), who operates Ceviche in Soho and Andina in Shoreditch.
Morales said, “When I first imagined opening my own Peruvian restaurant in London, I dreamed of seeing customers enjoy fresh ceviche prepared before their eyes, experiencing the heat and thrill of barbeque meats cooked anticucho-style on an open grill, all on one floor and under one roof.’
