Grand Central Hotel in Glasgow reveals £4.6m makeover


The Grand Central Hotel in Glasgow owned by Principal Hayley, has revealed a £4.6m makeover, four years after the hotel was re-opened.

The four star hotel has expanded its fifth floor and includes 46 new upmarket rooms and suites, increasing its capacity to a total of 230 rooms.

The refurbishment also includes a new entrance and ground floor reception.

General Manager, Laurie Nicol said, 'We wanted to create a look that captures the excitement, style and sophistication of the city.'

'The new bedrooms achieve just that whilst complementing our stunning premises at the same time.'
