Yo! Sushi to open first Northern Ireland restaurant


International sushi restaurant chain Yo Sushi is set to open its first restaurant in Northern Ireland early next month.

The 67-cover venue will open in Victoria Square in Belfast and will feature 80 freshly prepared Yo Sushi dishes.

Antrim-based firm Marcon has fitted out the restaurant based at the Ann Street entrance to the centre.

Marcon Director Mark McElroy said, “We are delighted to have secured this contract with YO! Sushi.'

Victoria Square Centre Manager, Michelle Greeves said, “The stylish new eatery is a welcome boost to our entertainment offering and to the city’s evening economy, introducing the people of Belfast to a sushi experience like no other.”
